THE TIMES OF MY LIFE GB BOBSLEIGH CHAMPIONSHIPS 2008-09

Sponsor of this Year's GB Championships is the founder of The Times of My Life website Mark Hickman. Speaking to him before leaving for Cesana, he said: "I just can't wait to get to Cesana, meet the athletes, be a part of the whole event, feel the atmosphere and excitement -and maybe even experience the ride of my life!"
He continued: "That's precisely what our website is designed to do: record life experiences, whether long periods of time or unique moments, for future generations to enjoy and appreciate!"
Roger Clark, Marketing Director of BB&SA said: "The British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association are delighted to have ttoml.com as the headline sponsor for this year's Championships; most of our resources need to come from commercial funding to enable our 41-strong Squad of athletes to train and compete over the next two seasons in the Europa & World Cup Series leading to the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver."
Clark went on to say: "In spite of being a "non-Alpine" nation, we consistently perform on a World stage - our athletes regularly punch above their weight and we have some potential world-beaters. But international Bobsleigh success come at a high price with our Team having to travel to Europe and North America in search of ice-track time and that is why the BB&SA are constantly looking for support. We are also keen to recruit new aspiring athletes to join, what I consider to be the most dedicated and committed squad of athletes bar none! The World Youth Winter Olympics are planned to take place in Lillehammer, Norway in 2012, so we are now looking to secure a sponsor for our Youth Academy in preparation to form a team that will perform at the highest level in four years time; - hopefully, following the success of our Olympic Team in Whistler, in 2010"
