BOA announce Bobsleigh athletes to compete for Team GB at 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Turin

The British Olympic Association (BOA) today announced that the following bobsleigh athletes would represent Team GB at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Turin, which begin on 10 February.

Team GB's Chef de Mission, Simon Clegg, said: "Following on from last season's good results, I am encouraged to see all of the crews making progress along the season. With this squad announcement, that completes our Team for Turin and I look forward to welcoming all of the forty athletes into the Olympic environment."

Bobsleigh Team Leader for Turin, Tom de la Hunty, said: "After a tough world cup circuit the entire British team have made steady improvements throughout the season. We go to our holding camp in St Moritz next week with a fit and well prepared team that it is ready to take on the worlds best in Turin."
