British bobsleigh official statement: 17/11/2011

We are pleased to announce that Serita Shone has returned to the UK and is currently being assessed in a Dorset hospital prior to being transferred to another unit. Serita is doing well and we look forward to her continuing her rehabilitation here in the UK. Performance Director Gary Anderson stated "Serita is in good spirits and has asked me to thank everyone for their kind wishes, she is continuing her rehabilitation programme and the doctors are planning the next phase for her. Her team mates have been keeping in touch as they commence their FIBT competition season".
