The last few days have been hectic for all the support staff with two sessions each day, spending on average 10 hours a day at the track.

Shiner, Karl and Pete took the runners to be checked at runner control. When they got to the container they realized that they didn't have a key. So they proceeded to get a drill from the USA team and cut off the bolt. Luckily they had another padlock.

In a lighter moment the boys spoke to the American Team and bragged about the new website and the 3a-Comms daily reports mechanism and the Toshiba computers. Shiner says that when they heard about the computers they "dripped like a leaking tap" - whinging to their managers and directors that bobteamGB had stolen a march on them.

Team head coach Tom De La Hunty reports that both Lee and Dan are in fine form with Lee's driving this week right out of the top drawer. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a great result. The target is for to beat last years World Championship result of 7th.

Tom thinks they can do it.

This is the march that really matters.
